I phoned for help regarding my 7month old daughter. The doctor and all staff I spoke to who got me a phone appointment were so kind and reassuring. They provide the right care and made me feel like I was no trouble and wasn’t wasting their time.
Because I don’t have any of the issues? This is a weird question.
I have colitis but that was not why I used 111
The GP I spoke with was incredibly rude and uncaring. She did not let me speak and wasn’t interested in listening to me. She then hung up on me when I was still speaking. No help whatsoever was given, leading to a deterioration in both my physical and mental health.
999 said I had to have a gp call me within 6 hours only waited 30 minutes but the gp was supposed to advise me but said I knew better if I had to ring ambulance again… so this 30 minute wait for gp phone call would of been better waiting for an ambulance as my mum had water infection and a temperature
Prompt response and problem dealt with efficiently and courteously.
Very pleased tp speak to a doctor directly after initial online query
The telephone staff were courteous and very helpful. The doctor who came out was caring and informative, he gave us very good advice and was very patient with my elderly mother
I was struggling at the time and the doctor was very calm and understanding and took time to explain things to me,and then sorted some medication for me as soon possible.
I am imunu suppressed, extremely clinically vulnerable. Called for help because just tested positive for COVID.
